VILLA ISANDA - DAILY PRICE

For information about the prices and the availability of VILLA ISANDA - VILLA HEDERA XII please fill out the appropriate form Request of reservation under "Reservations."

The prices include VAT.

The minimum booking period is three days.

The city tax is not included in the price and the customer pay upon arrival (1 EURO per person per day).

Terms of reservation and cancellation for Regular Rate:

REGULAR RATE - 20% deposit on the day of the reservation / the deposit is non-refundable /; 80% deposit 30 days prior to arrival / deposit is non-refundable.
In case of cancellation of reservation up to 15 days before arrival, you will be charged 20% of the reservation.
In case of cancellation 14 days prior to the day of arrival, you will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
In case of fail to arrive, you will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

Terms of reservation and cancellation for Non Refundable Rate:

NON REFUNDABLE RATE - 10% less than the full price. The reservation is paid for the full amount at time of booking.
This reservation can not be erased or altered. In case of cancellation or change of reservation will be charged 100% of the reservation.
In case of fail to arrive, you will be charged the 100% of the reservation.

Legal Liability / Deposit
The management of Villa Isanda - Charming House reserves the right to ask guests for a deposit of € 300.00. This is to be paid immediately and in cash at check-in.
The deposit is returned upon departure, burdened costs for any damages.
Who causes damage to the structure or furnishings, it will be held legally responsible under the regulations. Theft and damage are immediately reported.
Upon departure the staff of the facility will inspect all the rooms. The costs for the replacement of damages be charged and are payable on departure.
Villa Isanda - Charming House is not responsible for luggage left either for vehicles or bicycles parked on the property of the same.
